Crafty Fox Market – Sunday London living is now a great time to support independent artists.  This invite-only market (for the sellers, you don’t need to RSVP) has a superbly eclectic range and unfailingly high-standard  of products to dress everything from your baby to your bathroom mirror.  Bussey Building, Peckham, 11am – 5pm, nearest station: Peckham Ryesnow child
  3. The Snow Child – With that little chill in the air there’s the tingle of winter on the horizon.  Prepare your little ones for snowball-time with this charming and enrapturing production at 1pm and 3pm today. The Albany, Deptford. Nearest station: Deptford Railz-list-dead-list

Z List Dead List – One of our favourite comedy nights turns up again at one of our favourite comedy clubs.  Join charismatic polymath host Iszi Lawrence plus four excellent comedians as they try to persuade you which of their obscure and entertaining figures from history should be forever commemorated on the Z-list. Animation Day at Stanley Halls – Not that we want to appeal to parents looking for a free pass, but those good chaps down in South Norwood have obliged with an animation all-dayer in their gorgeous cinema.  Entertain you little ones with ‘Despicable Me’ and anime classic ‘Spirited Away’, then once you’ve popped them to bed, call a baby sitter and sneak back out to see Oscar-nominated Cuban film ‘Chico and Rita’.  Stanley Halls, South Norwood.
